STEM Partnership Summary

Vecna’s employees are encouraged to participate in community service to promote STEM activities and to provide tutoring for local middle and high school students. Vecna encourages employees to volunteer up to 4 hours a week (10% of their paid work time). Activities may include: providing support for curriculum science and engineering projects, site visits to demonstrate experiments, supporting FIRST Robotics teams, and mentoring and tutoring students.

Internships: Unpaid student internship opportunities are often available in robotics and engineering. Open positions are posted on Vecna’s website along with full-time positions. Visit

Tours: Vecna hosts pre-arranged tours of robotics, hardware manufacturing and testing facilities for small school groups.
